Cancellation Policy
For Facials and Laser Hair Removal:
Wiltshire Vale Aesthetics Clinic requires at least 72 hours notice to reschedule appointments.
Any less and the below charges apply.
72 hours+ - You can change your appointment once, free of charge
Less than 48 hours - You are required to pay 50% of the treatment cost
Less than 24 hours - You are required to pay 100% of the treatment cost
For ALL injectable treatments:
You can reschedule your appointment once free of charge within 72 hours and the new appointment must be within the next 30 days.
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice - You are required to pay 50% of the treatment cost
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice - You are required to pay 100% of the treatment cost
Booking with Wiltshire Vale Aesthetics Clinic means you agree to these terms.
Health & Wellbeing
By booking with Wiltshire Vale Aesthetics Clinic you confirm to follow the health and wellbeing terms below.
To not attend the clinic if you have experienced diarrhoea or vomiting in the past 48 hours.
To not attend the clinic if you have an ongoing respiratory infection.
To not attend the clinic if you have a new rash which hasn't been reviewed by a GP.
These terms are to not only to protect our staff from contagious infections, but also to reduce the risk of transmission between clients.
